Attic Ventilator Fans

When working on your attic ventilator fan, please follow all safety procedures.  Make sure that the power is shut off at circuit breaker.

Attic ventilator fans are very similar to one another.  For this reason, we are able to replace nearly all units with just a few different motors.  Care must be taken when removing the motors from these units as the blade can be easily bent.  Sometimes, the motor is still operational but the thermostat is broken.  We are able to test the fan in our shop while you wait to determine why the unit is not functional.
