Bathroom and Kitchen Fan Motors

When working on your bathroom or kitchen fan, please follow all safety procedures.  Make sure that the power is shut off at circuit breaker.

Due to the large variety of bathroom and kitchen ventilation fans, we recommend bringing your fan assembly in to our shop in most cases.  It is much easier on the homeowner and us if we are able to physically match a replacement to your original parts.  We routinely replace the motor and wheel or blade while you wait.  No matter the age of your unit, we almost certainly have a suitable replacement for your bathroom and kitchen ventilation needs.
